Tuberville Cosponsors Bipartisan National Charter School Week Resolution

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) today joined U.S. Senators Tim Scott (R-SC) and Michael Bennet (D-CO) to introduce a bipartisan resolution celebrating National Charter School Week.

“Education is the key that unlocks opportunity,” said Senator Tuberville. “Charter schools help create better educational options for our students so that they can explore their passions and learn in a way best suited for them. I’m proud to join this bipartisan effort to recognize the contributions of charter schools in educating America’s future generations.”

Senator Tommy Tuberville represents Alabama in the United States Senate and is a member of the Senate Armed Services, Agriculture, Veterans’ Affairs, and HELP Committees.
