WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) joined Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) in sending letters to four telecommunications companies requesting they provide to Congress all records that were secretly handed over to former Special Counsel Jack Smith as part of his bogus January 6th case against President Trump.
The FBI recently revealed that the Biden administration spied on the private phone calls of 8 U.S. Senators, including Sen. Tuberville, as part of Jack Smith’s investigation. Last week, the Senators sent a letter demanding the DOJ and FBI produce all records relating to the matter.

Ron Johnson (R-WI), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Josh Hawley (R-MO), Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), Dan Sullivan (R-AK), John Cornyn (R-TX), Mike Lee (R-UT), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Thom Tillis (R-NC), John Kennedy (R-LA), Eric Schmitt (R-MO), Katie Britt (R-AL), and Ashley Moody (R-FL), as well as Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA), in sending the letters.
