One of the most important rights we have is the right to life, which starts at conception. Every human life is precious and must be cherished and protected.

You can count on me to be a voice for the voiceless and champion for the God-given rights of the unborn. I’ll stand against all efforts to use taxpayer funding for abortions.

I believe any attempt by the federal government to compel institutions or healthcare providers to offer abortion services against their religious beliefs is both unconstitutional and morally wrong.

I cosponsored the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which would protect unborn children by prohibiting abortions after the point which a baby can feel pain.
I cosponsored the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act, which would prohibit the use of federal funds for abortion or health coverage that includes abortion.
I cosponsored the Life at Conception Act, which would declare that unborn children are persons under the 14th Amendment.
I cosponsored the Protecting Life and Taxpayers Act, which would prohibit federal funding for elective abortion providers, such as Planned Parenthood.
I supported the sanctity of Life by signing on to a friend of the court brief in the Supreme Court in support of a Mississippi law to prohibit elective abortions except in a medical emergency.
